Basically, it is a talent show that features singers, dancers, magicians, comedians and other aspiring performers. The contestants of all age groups could participate in the show and they compete against each other for winning the title and the price money that is equal to A$250,000.

The format of the show includes four heats, with 20 to 25 acts in each heat.

Out of these 100 acts, 60 would get selected but only closing 40 would go to the semifinals. The best of these performers get opportunity to be screened on the television.
